Only two weeks later, Boiler Room came back to the land of Poles on December 18th ’14, this time to Poznan in west-central Poland.The city is a home town of an influential Polish record label and DJ collective, ‘The Very Polish Cut-Outs’, who were behind the event. The crew focuses on renewing interest in forgotten groove’s of Poland’s communist past. The label brought back old Polish disco, soul, funk, electronic and psychedelic tracks to the modern dancefloor showing off their undoubtful talents at the Boiler Room session. ‘Get to know the sound of underground Poland’ event represented: ZAMBON, SELVY, MENTAL LIVE, CHLOPAK Z SASIEDZTWA, (eng. GUY NEXT DOOR), KACPER KAPSA and NIEMOC LIVE.
